Art Byte Critique has been vital to my growth as an artist. What started out as a small group of artists, founded by Arthur Huang, in the Tokyo Bay area has grown into an international group that continues to support each other’s creative efforts. Our latest efforts will be exhibited at Launch Pad Gallery starting Friday, Nov 18:

Art Byte Critique

The feedback I have received from such an amazing variety of artists working across a broad range of mediums has been mind blowing. Knowing I am going to learn something new each time we meet, knowing that my progress is seen, and knowing that I have the opportunity to help others in this art community has been essential for my own growth as an artists.

About 10

Art Byte Critique is celebrating 10 years as a community of artists connecting in the Tokyo Bay Area. Founded by Arthur Huang, we are printmakers, painters, sculptors, video artists, and more. Join us at Launch Pad Gallery for 10 as we exhibit artworks from our membership of both local and international artists.

A new piece of my artwork will be debuting at 10. The compliments and positive feedback I have received regarding my white box framed copper wire and fiber artworks have spurred me to continue creating more work in this line. I’ve enjoyed crocheting the wireworks and choosing fiber that completes an abstract scene inspired by my time living in Hawai’i.

Participating Artists

Arte Byte Critique has been pivotal in connecting artists living in the Tokyo Bay Area and over the decade we have been around, many artists have moved on to other areas around Japan and to other countries around the world and we are so grateful to be able to keep these strong connections going. The participating artists are both local and international artists from a wide variety of nationalities and backgrounds.
